Basic
Name: Chelsea Hunter Realtacuan
Name Meaning: "Chelsea" originated as a girls name from London but also comes from Austria and it means; "Safe harbour" and sometimes "hope/courage/secrecy". Both feathers are black like pitch with the colorful accompaniment of small bright blue Blue-Jay feathers.
Other: Will be known to carry a pad of paper with her along with a mechanical pencil, an eraser and a normal house-hold black ball point pen.
Piercings/Tattoos(non-rune kind)/Scars: She possesses a tattoo along the middle of her neck and down her collarbone that she likes to call 'The Catcher'. Based of a circle with an 'X' drawn through it and an even smaller circle in the center it represents a 'dream catcher'. Battle
Been training for: A small portion or more specifically about six years of her life. Trained mostly for hunting werewolves and taking down demons.
Weapon: Seraph Blades although she prefers to use a long linked chain in a similar fashion of a whip. Oddly enough it has a faint white luminescence in the dark and is stark white in normal light. The end of the chain "whip" is a small three pound weight solid point of pure silver used in a similar fashion of a mace with its pointed geometrical sides but she also uses this as a grappling hook in order to wrap around something or lodge into something to climb/swing to a different location or surface.
Style: Generally defensive as she attacks from distances. When her chain "whip" is out of reach or not with her she will turn to an offensive-observant style with seraph blades in order to fight.
Strengths: Flexible, acrobatic, small and avoidable, agile, fast climber, strong upper arm muscles and strong calf muscles as well as lower abdomen. Good at fighting from distances.
Weaknesses: Poor blood-clotting, bruising easily, Achilles tendinitis which disables how much running she can do and her speed for running up hills (also makes her liable for them to give out or break down at random). Doesnt do so great at fighting close range. Leaves her back open a lot as it tends to be her blind spot that she cant get to quickly to defend from attack.
Favoured rune(s): Painless, Precision , Equilibrium.
Parabati(if any): N/A

Background

Chelsea grew up in the old shire of Dublin Ireland. Traditionally learning to love the rocks and hills, vast open land and stormy banks, moving to England was difficult. Though in her time in Ireland she had learned a little information on Shadowhunting from her father Michael whom she took after as her favorite parent. When she was around six years of age she asked her father why she looked nothing like either of them if it weren't for her fathers graying hair. Her mother answered quite swiftly with an explanation that she herself was a Fearie and while Nephilim traits were dominant hers carried over just enough to alter her hair and eye color to that silvery- metallic color. Wherever Chelsea went though she had to have a companion; someone who could carry her if she were to fall or be hurt. Never being able to gain the solitude or independence she wished she demanded to know why she had to have companions everywhere she went. Her mother couldn't bare to tell her the news and went off to her room to be alone, leaving her by her lonesome to talk with her father. Michael explained to her that on his side of the family they had a peculiar case of hemophilia; a blood disease; where the less you are hurt as years pass the thicker your skin is to prevent serious damage later in life. Not understanding, her father had to explain further.
"Chelsea, my dearest daughter.. Hemophilia is a blood disease passed from one generation to the next...normally only the boys get it." He sighs with a mournful display. Michaels storm gray-blue eyes searching her silvered moons for some sort of following. "Fortunately I was a carrier.. however unfortunately, you received the actual disease.. When you got a bump on the top of your noggin or on yer knees it swells. When it swells...it gets bigger and bigger until it's bigger than it should be and your bruise is now a big ugly black mark the size of a golf ball.." The small girl set down her dolly and fiddled nervously with the hem of her dark green dress, furrowing her little brows as she processed what her father was saying. "When you get cut.. well, it keeps bleeding even if its a little paper cut. You lose a lot of blood.. Do you recall when ye fell off the deck of the house and scraped yer knee and had to say in bed for a few days?" Slowly Chelsea nods in understanding. "Well... the more you get hurt...the thinner your skin since it gets torn and has to regrow. So we keep you on watch because the less you are hurt the less likely you are to have this problem often.."
With a pat of her head he sent her off to bed and she developed a small case of insomnia, constantly laying in bed on her back staring into the darkness with the thought of bleeding to death in her mind. Still only age six, she had gotten up in the middle of the night to call her Uncle Jonathan to meet her at the train station before he left. She decided she was going to run away from her family as to not trouble them with constantly having to worry about protecting her from something so simple as a paper cut.
From there she lived with her Uncle and traveled throughout England while he was still a Shadow-hunter. He refused to let her train to be one in fear that she may get a serious injury and most likely die from it. Although he did let her be independent and usually travel alone unless he was there. When she was about eight years old she lived in Leicester at its famed parish church which had been moved up to cathedral status somewhere back in the ninety-seventies. Even though the church was used by mundanes a small group of Nephilim lived there hence she and her Uncle stayed there for a few months.
She was about ten by the time she had moved to an adjusted to Oxford. Here she met a boy she grew to have a small crush on. When she gained enough confidence to tell him about her ailment he become ferociously protective of her. In fact the boy grew to be so protective that he had no intention of being evil but was swayed into possession of a demon with the promise of being able to protect Chelsea from others. Not reading too far into it, he had let the demon take over and bent the law of 'protecting her from others' to attempt to kill her using the boy. Chelseas Uncle Jonathan had jumped in at that point and after she had left he murdered the mundane boy. The day after the event Jonathan insisted that Chelsea was pulled from living with him and taken back to Idris to learn how to protect herself should she ever be attacked by anything demon or downworlder related. While he didn't like the idea of her training to fight He had figured it was best if she were to be able to protect herself. Jonathan had a feeling  that the moment he wasnt there would be the time when she was attacked because Hildebrants just aren't that lucky.
Upon being given a new home and pulled into Shadow-hunter training she kept to secrecy about her deathly ailment and her family. Tending to seclude herself from others she isn't entirely social. She will display caring and kindness, understanding even but she swore to herself she would remain complacent to love and affection; deep compassion. Afraid of people falling in love with her and risking the fact she could die before child-birth or die during child-birth or that she might not live to see twenty. Even though she worries for others and would risk herself to save someone she would become angered or filled with rage if someone so much as tried to protect her. She didn't want someone protecting her but at the same time she couldnt bring herself to telling them how it was more important they live since she wouldn't see the age of twenty.
Eventually she turned thirteen without a single scratch and heard news of her brothers birth in April. Feeling the vitality of protecting her brother she told someone about her ailment and asked if there was a way for it to be cured. To her dismay she was told it could only be slowed. Eager to see past the age of twenty and to see her brother grow up she reluctantly asked for the medication which would thicken her blood. Now the age of sixteen she has built up enough thick blood that she could efficiently fight and train without worrying too much about getting hurt and possibly dieing. Sometimes she has days where she'll have fits of hemorrhaging; leaking blood into her stomach for her to vomit up with what she ate if she ate anything.
Never the less Chelsea was always sure to be selfless and is doing her best to stay that way. She insists that she is protecting others from caring for her since she wont live long and they dont need to accompany themselves with the likes of her. Chelsea came to discover that the most important thing she had understood was, "Life is like the blink of any eye. If you don't take part and live it then it'll be gone before you know it."
